About the Role
MGW Law Partners is seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our Fayetteville, Arkansas firm. In this role, you will coordinate daily office functions, support our attorneys and staff, and bring the structure and discipline that allows our legal team to focus on what they do best — delivering exceptional results for clients across Arkansas. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position within a fast-moving and respected legal practice.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors
- Maintain filing systems, legal records, and document management protocols
- Handle billing support, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation
- Onboard new staff and coordinate with HR on firm policies
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; legal practice management software a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities with composure
- A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be directed

You will represent clients across a range of criminal matters — from initial consultation through trial — and serve as a trusted advocate at every stage of the legal process. What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in state and federal criminal proceedings, including misdemeanors, felonies, and appeals
- Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and factual analysis
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Negotiate plea agreements and sentencing recommendations with prosecutors
- Advise clients on legal strategy, risks, and options at every stage of their case
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings across Arkansas

What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Arkansas
- 2+ years of criminal law experience, either in prosecution or defense
- Courtroom experience and comfort with litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload with professionalism and composure
- Deep commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice
- Experience with criminal defense in Northwest Arkansas courts is a plus

You will guide clients through some of the most personal and emotionally complex legal matters they will ever face — divorce, child custody, adoption, and beyond. This role demands not only sharp legal instincts but the ability to counsel clients with patience, clarity, and care. You will be joining a firm that takes its responsibility to clients seriously and supports its attorneys in doing their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, adoption, paternity, protective orders, and property division
- Draft and negotiate settlements, marital agreements, parenting plans, and consent orders
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, mediations, and other proceedings across Arkansas
- Advise clients on legal rights, strategy, and realistic outcomes at every stage of their case
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other court filings
- Collaborate with opposing counsel, mediators, and guardian ad litems as appropriate
- Maintain thorough and organized case files in compliance with firm standards
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Arkansas
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Courtroom experience and confidence in litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients under stress
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Experience practicing in Northwest Arkansas courts is a plus
