What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors
  • Maintain filing systems, legal records, and document management protocols
  • Handle billing support, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation
  • Onboard new staff and coordinate with HR on firm policies
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; legal practice management software a plus
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with composure

  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, adoption, paternity, protective orders, and property division
  • Draft and negotiate settlements, marital agreements, parenting plans, and consent orders
  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, mediations, and other proceedings across Arkansas
  • Advise clients on legal rights, strategy, and realistic outcomes at every stage of their case
  • Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other court filings
  • Collaborate with opposing counsel, mediators, and guardian ad litems as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough and organized case files in compliance with firm standards
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Arkansas
  • 2+ years of family law experience
  • Courtroom experience and confidence in litigation
  • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients under stress
