Brandon Sears Attorney, Fayetteville

Brandon Sears is an attorney at our offices in Fayetteville. He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree in Administrative Management at Missouri State University. Brandon has significant experience in the business field and graduated from the Arkansas School of Law with a Certificate in Business Law to accompany his law degree. Brandon was part of the first generation in his family to attend college and decided to go to law school so that he could help regular people navigate the complexities of our legal system.

Professional Journey

While in college, Brandon worked full-time as a data analyst at an insurance company where he was able to get experience working in business while saving up for law school. While in law school, he also worked with the Sam’s Club legal department to gain experience with the corporate side of the law. Since joining MGW, Brandon has worked on a wide variety of cases, but has primarily focused on construction, corporate, contract, and tort litigation. Brandon uses his business background to help our clients not only win in court but also find the outcomes most beneficial to their specific needs.

Life in Northwest Arkansas

Brandon moved to Bentonville in 2020 with his wife, Kathryn, and they have since fallen in love with the area. Since moving here, they have added their dog, Mabel, to the family and the three of them enjoy taking in everything the area has to offer. Whether it be visiting the area’s parks and trails or finding a good outdoor patio for a meal in Downtown Bentonville, they love to spend their weekends getting out and seeing everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Their time in the community not only helps Brandon relax, but also to get a good grasp of the wants and needs of those in the area.
